Kamal is a senior finance professional with over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, investment banking, securities broking and corporate finance services. He is a founder and Managing Director of SPA Corporate Services, which started its operations in 1994 and now holds a proud position in the nationwide financial industry. The SPA Group has a broad geographic presence, with offices in 9 major cities in India, and a soon-to-be-added Singapore office. The “Outsourcing and Management Consulting” division is the newest addition to the SPA Accelero Group. Kamal Somani is a commerce graduate and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Neetika has 10 years of experience in the fields of corporate accounting, GAAP reporting and public accounting. Neetika has worked as a senior auditor for well-reputed regional accounting firms in California’s Silicon Valley, and commands deep knowledge of the complex accounting issues faced by tech start-ups. She also provides finance and management consulting to small and mid-sized companies, which benefit from her rich career experiences and her strong academic accounting background. She is a commerce graduate, a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a past member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Chris has over fifteen years of experience providing accounting and compliance services to start ups in Bay Area while working as a senior manager in a public accounting firm. His extensive experience into health care and technology industry enables him to provide Compliances, Cost Reporting and Internal audit services to small and medium size start ups. Chris has assisted with numerous audits and reviews of venture backed companies. His rich experience also stretches to SEC Public Reporting and has worked closely with management on 10Qs. 10Ks and even pre IPO advisory services for Privately held companies.

Kanika is a graduate of one of India’s top-notch engineering schools, IIT (Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay). She is also an MBA alumnus of INSEAD (France), one of the world’s top business schools.
Kanika has lead strategic and management consulting projects in Europe during her tenure with Deloitte and Touche Consulting. She brings innovative solutions and her global experience to every assignment, and provides a distinctive professionalism to the Accelero consulting division.
